Welcome to your HIPAA Online Training! HealthFirst Compliance Solutions makes implementing and maintaining a comprehensive dental compliance program easy through our digital platform and easy to use tools.

Please read the directions below on how to navigate through your MIOSHA program. Our Compliance Trainers will support you through these steps during your scheduled administrative appointments. Prior to your scheduled meeting with a Compliance Trainer, please do the following:

  1. Please download and save the MIOSHA Forms Packet and please fill in to customize these forms to your location. This is a 44 page document.
  2. You will begin checking items off on page 9-27
  3. Pages 37-44 will need to be customized, then printed and posted by your OSHA Poster
  4. Then please download the MIOSHA Digital Manual and one of our trainers will assist you in filling out this document. If you do not have an appointment set up. Please call us at 941-587-2864 to schedule an appointment.

Once the actions are complete, complete required forms and keep documentation and records according to HIPAA guidelines. Be sure to check the box at the end when it is complete.

HealthFirst recommends setting up a task for this item that needs to be done on a regular basis. Tasks can be assigned to team members who can get reminders when a task is due.
