Frequently Asked Questions

We offer two distinct ways to enroll in our auto-replenishment program for kits: the Auto-Replenishment Service (ARS) and the Annual Membership Program (AMP).

With ARS, medications in your kit are replenished before they expire and you only pay when they ship.

AMP is a bit different. You pay one flat annual fee and all expiring medications are replenished at no additional cost for the length of that year. We will also replace up to two medications used in an emergency. Dental professionals will also gain access to our library of continuing education courses.

Yes, all STAT KIT Series kits come standard with automatic replenishment. You will be billed as the medications expire instead of paying one flat annual fee.

Yes. You can always enroll in the Annual Membership Program in the future if you already own a kit or are buying a kit today.

The nine kits have slight differences in medications. See our product selector to choose the best option for you.

OnTraq is HealthFirst’s online application that reduces the risks, headaches and costs of managing emergency readiness. All HealthFirst customers have access at no cost.
