By joining the Emergency Medication Management Program, you will receive these benefits:
Included in the cost of the Program is automatic tracking and replenishment of medications prior to expiration as well as replacement of any medications in STAT KITS which are used in up to two (2) emergency events per year.
*Replenishment and replacement of any medications in STAT KITS are subject to availability and may be affected by market shortages or other supply disruptions.
The cost of replenishment and replacement medication shipments and disposal are included in the cost of the Program without any additional charge.
Included in the cost of the Program is access to OnTraq, HealthFirst’s medication management online application, where you can see the status of the medications and other items in your emergency kit and which provides other useful functionality.
HealthFirst will provide notification before medication replenishments are shipped to you.
A known cost to maintain your emergency kit readiness for the chosen service period.
An initial one-year term is required. The Program will automatically renew for each subsequent one-year terms. You may cancel prior to an automatic renewal by simply calling HealthFirst more than 60 days prior to the next automatic renewal. You may choose to be invoiced in advance on an annual basis for each one-year term.
