Each section of the module is laid out step by step to help you develop your compliance program. This is a required training bi-annually.

How to navigate this program:

  • Download and/or print (1) 2024–2025 employee worksheet certificate for each employee to fill-out & sign; save the document in your preferred method.
  • Download and/or print (1) copy of the 2024–2025 Texas HB 300 adapted HITECH packet, fill-it-out specific to match your facility’s operational specifications; save the document in your preferred method.
  • Print for posting (1) copy of the: 2024–2025 Texas poster electronic disclosure of protected health information please fill-in-the-blanks & post in your facility. This is required. Effective date will be today’s date.
  • Save the document in your preferred method in your HIPAA manual file, or if you have paper manual file under a tab section labeled state required documents for Texas HB 300, as proof of fulfilling your Texas HB 300 obligations.
