Pharmaceutical Recovery Services by HealthFirst is managed by RP Returns. The information you provide below will be used to set your account in the RP Returns Online Client Portal. You will receive a confirmation email from RP Returns once your account has been set up.

Returning Customers

If you already have your login credentials, please proceed to portal.rpreturns.com to process your return.

Please input the doctor's name that the pharmaceuticals being returned are registered to.
If you are returning controlled substances, please input the DEA number of the doctor that the controls are registered to. If no controls are being returned, then input "NA" in this field.
