How do I sign up?
Upon purchasing a product from a member of our sales team or on Healthfirst.com, an email will be sent to your inbox with your initial login credentials. I operate a DSO or a network of clinics. Can I view data from multiple locations at once?
Yes. We provide managers with the ability to see their entire compliance picture at a glance and drill down into individual locations to better understand where they may need to improve.
I use a third party for various services and would like to centralize my data. Can I do that in OnTraq?
We currently do not support third-party vendor data.
I purchased an emergency medical kit or crash cart auto-replenishment through a HealthFirst partner (such as Henry Schein, Medline, or McKesson). Do I get access to OnTraq?
