How much does OnTraq cost?
OnTraq™ is currently provided at no cost to HealthFirst customers.
How do I sign up?
Upon purchasing a product from a member of our sales team or on Healthfirst.com, an email will be sent to your inbox with your initial login credentials. If you have not received this email within 48 hours after purchasing a product from us, please reach out to our customer service team at 800-331-1984 or customerservice@healthfirst.com.
I operate a DSO or a network of clinics. Can I view data from multiple locations at once?
Yes. We provide managers with the ability to see their entire compliance picture at a glance and drill down into individual locations to better understand where they may need to improve.
I use a third party for various services and would like to centralize my data. Can I do that in OnTraq?
We currently do not support third-party vendor data.
I purchased an emergency medical kit or crash cart auto-replenishment through a HealthFirst partner (such as Henry Schein, Medline, or McKesson). Do I get access to OnTraq?

Do I need to use OnTraq to take advantage of the auto-replenishment service?
Your data is stored in OnTraq regardless of whether you log in; however, we recommend that you use the platform to optimize your office’s readiness and compliance.
