How It Works
Smart Automation Simplifies Your Crash Cart Replenishment
HealthFirst helps to address the specific needs of healthcare facilities by leveraging the smart automation of OnTraq.
Crash cart medications and equipment are inventoried in OnTraq by lot number, NDC, and expiration date.
Before medications expire, an email notification is sent to your team and a replenishment order is submitted for fulfillment.
HealthFirst ships the medication(s) with tracking provided in OnTraq.
Upon arrival, simply place the expiring medications in the included prepaid envelope and ship them back to our facility.
Expired medications are compliantly disposed of in our partner facility and the proper documentation is provided in OnTraq.
